Socialeb allows users to connect their social media accounts via official third-party APIs. By connecting an account, you expressly authorize Socialeb to interact with the corresponding platform on your behalf, strictly within the scope of the permissions you have granted.

You acknowledge and agree that:

•        Each connected platform is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policies, which you are independently responsible for reviewing and complying with

•        Socialeb is not responsible for any changes, restrictions, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services, including but not limited to TikTok, and any resulting impact on the Service

•        Revocation of permissions on a connected platform may limit or disable certain features within Socialeb

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). Socialeb does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

By using the Service to publish content, you represent and warrant that:

•        You hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish the User Content through the Service

•        The User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity

•        The User Content does not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from the publication of your User Content.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service is accessible and available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Service.

Socialeb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Socialeb, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

•        Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service

•        Any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities resulting from use of the Service

•        Any issues, outages, or failures caused by third-party platforms or services beyond our reasonable control

•        Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Socialeb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a manner that is harmful, abusive, or contrary to the interests of Socialeb or its users.
